Electrification has yet to reach many areas of Myanmar. The company’s Myanmar branch is located in Yangon. The company proposed the use of solar power in elementary schools to be constructed in these areas, and initiated associated fund-raising activities in Wakayama Prefecture.Cooperation as assistance was received from many volunteers. Construction commenced in March 2014 and was completed successfully in June of that year, and the buildings handed over.
